An inaugural captain of the AFLW in 2017, Katie Brennan was always confident that women's Australian Rules would have a successful competition, and she was determined to be a big part of it.

The Richmond captain inspires and empowers females of all ages in a number of ways, whether it be through her own female-only gym or mentoring other players and young kids. We talk about all this and more.
